About Us
Caring for one another!
The cofounders of Emerald Living have a combined 50 years of service to the public. Montecia a nurse practitioner and Patrick a firefighter, have spent their entire careers caring for those in need. They now have joined together to offer Emerald Living; an affordable housing solution that provides a secure, clean and safe mostly inclusive living environment in a shared living setting. The home does not provide 24 hour care, we have partnerships with local healthcare providers to offer residents access to healthcare professionals. Our partnered services include a visiting medical practitioner, skilled nursing/home therapy services, counseling services, and visiting psychiatric services all covered by resident's insurance. Transportation available through Bay Transit.
